That's why Sam Finkelstein, RD--founder of Rediscover Nutrition--is committed to guiding clients to a weight-neutral, all foods fit approach to eating. She loves to do this through individual counseling, writing, speaking, and coaching fellow healthcare providers toward a more inclusive approach.
